CCC-WT Series Central Chillers with Pump Tanks
All CCC-WT Series models come standard with a PLC Allen Bradley Micorlogix 1500 with PanelView 300 which allows control up to 2 compressors in 2 circuits (screw models) or up to 4 compressors in 2 circuits (scroll models). Alarm condition indicators for safety devices, including motor overloads (compressor or pump), flow switches, freezestats, refrigerant pressures, voltage/phase sensor, and high and low temperature alarms. Hour meters to acuumulate run time in compressors and/or pumps.
Scroll or screw compressor offer the latest in rotational compression technology, scrolls use 50% fewer moving parts than reciprocationg compressors, resulting in unparalleled efficiency, reliability, and noise reduction.
Optional dedicated standby pumps allow longer life (with automatic motor cycling) and reduced downtime due to pump maintenance and repair and check valves allow for automatic switchover.
CCC-WT are easy to clean and maintain with a diamond plate solid steel pump deck and epoxy-coated heads that are easily accessible from the front of the unit.
